DUE TO COVID & THE ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING TIMES, THERE WILL MOST LIKELY BE SUBSTANTIAL DELAYS FOR MONTHS AHEAD.. PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS WHEN ORDERING. 

CANVAS PRINTS WILL BE ORDERED AND THEN SHIPPED SO A WAIT OF 3-5 WEEKS (MAYBE MORE) IS LIKELY AS THEY WILL MOST CERTAINLY HAVE A BACKLOG TO GET THROUGH.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed and subject to availability. (Unless you have purchased custom canvas, which will take longer, see below for details)

Orders received on weekends and or on New Zealand public holidays will not be processed until the following Monday or business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.  

New Zealand: please allow up to 5 business days for your package. (Unless you have a custom order canvas print, in which case allow up to 2 weeks)

Australia: Please allow up to 2 weeks. (Unless you have a custom order canvas print, in which case allow up to 4 weeks)

 Rest of World: Please allow 2-4 weeks. (Average is 2-3) (Unless you have a custom order canvas print, in which case allow up to 6 weeks)

There can be the occasional courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time. Shipping time frames listed do not include possible customs processing delays. Once items have left New Zealand it is completely out of our hands.

Note: Our price does not include any duties and taxes that may be imposed by your country. Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country, and this is the customers responsibility. The amount, if any of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country, thus Reina Cottier Art  can not advise you on these costs. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the charges.

 

Once we ship your package, Reina Cottier Art is not responsible for lost-in-transit, and or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

In the event where the package is unable to be delivered due to wrong or incorrect address, and if the package gets redirected back to Reina Cottier Art marked as unclaimed or unable to be delivered, we do not offer free shipping back to the customer.
